Does the Watch Make the Man

Are men enamored with style like we are? It's hard to tell. They seem to wear the same clothes until they absolutely wear out and they rarely go shoe shopping, but...on a different note they are quite particular about a few things. If a guy can afford it, he will always spend the money on a nice sports car or a great watch. Men aren't big into tons of accessories, but they do enjoy a bold status symbol like a great timepiece. Many men choose Breitling watches because of their size and sophistication. Breitling creates some of the most technical mechanical timepieces on the market and their styling is so unique. What once started out as a company that makes highly advanced timekeeping instruments has morphed into a modern day style icon. These days Breitling is a maker that offers the same high quality as always, but pays just as much attention to the fashion end of their business, but other than a fashionable statement, what drives a man to buy a particular watch?

My first guess is that he has a need for a certain type of timepiece. My feeling is that men should have one watch for work and another for play. A sport watch is not very stylish when paired with a business suit and a fancy dress timepiece just looks silly with gym shorts...the answer is to own both a dress and casual piece.

The sport watch should be made of durable materials and water resistant. It may need to be a chronograph and also offer other features that are useful in training and sports. If needed, many of these models also feature luminescent hands and arms for better visibility at night or in bad weather. A sport watch will probably come with a rubber strap that can be worn in the rain if necessary. These straps can wear out, but are easily replaced with identical ones.

The dress version will most likely be made from stainless-steel or maybe even gold. These watches will have a chic design and will be as comfortable as they are attractive. You will want a dress timepiece that compliments your daytime wardrobe.

You can buy two watches and still not break the bank if you shop for them on-line. On-line boutiques offer the greatest selection and the best prices, so get out there and make your style statement with not one, but two great new timepieces.
